North Dakota well data, on tap for your business
If wells are part of your week — quoting them, listing property over them, inspecting or lending against them — you shouldn't be buying $49 reports one at a time. Two plans, white-label included on both, built on the drillers logs North Dakota well contractors file with the Department of Water Resources.
Pro — $149/month

- Every recorded well near the property: the driller, what it was drilled for, and when
- Links to the original ND DWR well logs
- Your name, logo and contact info on the report
- Agents: send us your listings and we prepare the well brief for each one
- Re-running a property you've already done that month is free

For well drillers
Your prospect is deciding between your quote and two others. Hand them a report with your name on it showing every neighboring well — who drilled each one, what for, when, and a way straight into every one of those filed logs — and your quote stops being a number and starts being the informed one. White-label delivery is part of Pro: one closed job a season covers the year.
For real-estate agents & brokers
Rural listings live or die on water. A well report in the listing packet answers the buyer's five-figure question before they ask it — and on the buy side, it's the diligence document your client forwards to their lender. Pro is licensed for exactly this: attach each report to as many client files as you like, and the report can carry your own brand — your logo on the listing packet, not ours. Send us your active listings and the well brief for each one is prepared for you automatically.
For inspectors, appraisers & lenders
The neighboring well logs are the best available evidence of what a property's water situation really is. Every report cites ND DWR record numbers and links to the original filed logs, so your file stands on the state's own records. Inspectors who deliver the well section as part of their own report package use the white-label delivery that comes with Pro — same data, your letterhead.

Questions
How do I run a report?
Your welcome email includes a personal dashboard link — submit any covered address there and every report you've run stays listed in one place, with a count of this month's reports on the 10-report plan. Prefer email? Send the address to your plan inbox and the report comes back in minutes.
What counts as a report on the $149 plan?
Each different property you run in a billing month counts once. Re-running a property, or fixing its address, doesn't use another one. Need more than 10 in a month? Upgrade to Unlimited from your dashboard; your $149 plan is canceled automatically, so you're never billed for both.
What areas are covered?

Is this the state's own data?
Yes — the drillers logs North Dakota well contractors file with the Department of Water Resources. We organize it around a parcel and do the math; the report links to every original log.
